1. Product Introduction

"Piao Yichun" brand FD300 is designed for refining in food processing. Its main functions are desalination, deodorization, deashing, and removal of various impurities. This series of products undergoes special processing to ensure food safety and is widely used in the food industry, such as dairy products, fruit juices, and wine. FD300 is an adsorption resin.

4. Product Application

FD300 resin is mainly suitable for:

  1. Removing patulin, pesticides, and other residues from fruit juice, deacidification;
  2. Improving color value, light transmittance, and enhancing color stability;
  3. Decolorizing beer fermentation broth.

5. Resin Pretreatment

  1. Add 1/3 to 1/2 of pure water or softened water to the exchange column, load the resin into the column, ensuring no air bubbles in the resin layer.
  2. Pass 2-3% sodium hydroxide solution through the resin layer at a flow rate of 1-2 BV, for about 1-2 hours (15-20 minutes under experimental conditions). The effluent being alkaline indicates sufficient alkali.
  3. Rinse with pure water until the effluent pH is below 8.
  4. Pass 2-3% hydrochloric acid through the resin layer at a flow rate of 1-2 BV for about half an hour for conversion. The effluent being acidic indicates sufficient acid.
  5. Rinse with pure water or softened water until the pH is near neutral, then it is ready for use.
